“Unit 66 in Lexington, NC. I've had my property in this unit since Oct. 2021. I've never had any issues with the unit or the staff working for All Star Self Storage. When made aware that they were going to start charging insurance on the unit, all I had to do was send proof that I had renter's insurance and they didn't charge me. They always notify you at least 30 days in advance when there is going to be a rate increase. Over the years, they have made many upgrades to the area. The gated access is a great asset and gives you peace of mind that your belongings are safe. I have dealt with Marvin on several occasions and have always gotten great service from him. When I called to explain to him today that we are finally going to be moving our items out, he worked with me on my timing. Would definitely recommend All Star Self Storage to anyone looking for storage needs..”
